Introduction. Provision availability and quality of rehabilitation services to the population is particularly acute in remote areas of Russia.
Aim. Within the Russian-Norwegian project (2018–2020) we organized work on establishment and implementation of a consultative network aimed at solving this problem.
Materials and methods. The project is based on eHealth technologies. The target groups are professionals who work with children with cerebral palsy or musculoskeletal disorders, their relatives, administration of related organizations and public authorities. The project involves seven Russian regions that belong to Barents region (part of the Russian North-West Federal Division), Leningrad region and St.Petersburg.
Results and discussion. The work is realized in two main directions: the establishment of the consultative network and creating informational courses for all interested persons. Using the consultative network helps to expand rehabilitation and habilitation services both qualitatively and quantitatively, improves their availability.
Conclusion. Created informational courses aim at raising knowledge about those diseases and disorders, types and outcomes of rehabilitation and habilitation services.
Keywords: cerebral palsy, Disability and Health, eHealth, habilitation, International Classification of Functioning Disability and Health (ICF), musculoskeletal disorders, nternational classification of functioning disability and health core set, rehabilitation
