Ethical standards of publishing scientific publications
Publication of research materials is an integral part of the professional activity of a scientist, one of the most important channels of scientific communication and factors of progress in science. The important role that a scientific publication plays in the development of a relevant field of knowledge obliges all parties to the publication process – Authors, Editors of the journal, Reviewers, Publishers and Readers – to meet high moral and ethical standards.
Author, each member of the Editorial Board and / or the Council, reviewer, publisher, as well as institutions involved in publishing process, are obliged to comply with ethical standards, norms and rules and take all reasonable measures to prevent their violations.
Ethics of scientific publications is a system of norms of professional behavior in the relationships between authors, reviewers, editors, publishers and readers in the process of creating, distributing and using scientific publications.
