Chernyakina Tatiana Sergeevna, born on April 20, 1946 in 1962, after graduating from the 8th grade of school, she entered the children’s polyclinic No. 26 of the Vyborg district of Leningrad as a nurse and continued her studies at the evening shift school of working youth No. 54. Having received a general secondary education, she worked as a medical registrar, and after graduating from medical school in January 1966, she was transferred to the position of a district nurse.

After graduating from the Leningrad Sanitary and Hygienic Medical Institute (LSGMI) in 1974, she worked as a district pediatrician in the children’s polyclinic No. 26 and a doctor of the school-preschool department of the city Children’s Hospital No. 6 in Leningrad.

In 1978, she moved to work at LSGMI as a senior laboratory assistant at the Department of Hygiene of Children and Adolescents (GDP), in 1980 she was elected by competition as an assistant at the same department, and in 1987 she was enrolled as an assistant at the Department of Hygiene of Children and Adolescents of the Faculty of Advanced Medical Education (FUV) in connection with the election by competition.

LSGMI in 1994 was renamed the St. Petersburg State Medical Academy named after I.I. Mechnikov”, and in 2012 it was renamed the Northwestern State Medical University named after I.I. Mechnikov.

In 1988, she defended her PhD thesis on the topic: “Physiological and hygienic assessment of the effect of high-intensity exercises on the health of older preschool children” in the specialty 14.00.07 – hygiene.

In 1989, I was transferred to the position of associate professor of the Department of GDPFU, as elected by competition, and in 1991, by the decision of the USSR State Committee for Public Education, I was awarded the academic title of associate professor.

In 1997, she was appointed head of the academic part of the department (until 2012) and head of internship and residency at the department (until 2015), from 1998 to 2002 she was head of the Department. the course of health protection of children and adolescents (OSDP) of the Department of Preventive Medicine of the FPC.

In 2006, she defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic “Scientific substantiation of the system of improving children’s health in stressful environmental and socio-hygienic conditions” in the specialty 14.00.07 – hygiene and was transferred to the position of professor of the Department of Preventive Medicine.

Under my scientific supervision, 3 people completed and defended their candidate dissertations, were approved by the Higher Attestation Commission (applicants: Cheryukanov A.V., Topanova A.A., correspondence graduate student Nikiforova E.A.). I provided scientific advice to one doctoral student of the department (assoc. Suvorova A.V.).

I draw up work programs, determine the methods and means of their implementation. I participate in the preparation of annual research plans. I summarize the results obtained. I conduct a research examination of completed works by other departments of the Institute. I take part in the scientific and methodological support of the practical implementation of the results of scientific research.

– Draft report of the Russian Federation to the UN Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities: “On measures taken to implement the obligations under the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and on progress made in respecting the rights of persons with disabilities within two years after its entry into force for the Russian Federation” (2014).
