Introduction. Endoprosthetics of large joints of the lower extremities is one of the most effective methods of surgical treatment of degenerative-dystrophic diseases. However, the success of the operation largely depends on subsequent rehabilitation. Modern technologies open up new opportunities for more effective recovery of patients.

Aim. To scientifically substantiate the effectiveness of modern rehabilitation technologies in combination with standard methods of restorative treatment of patients after endoprosthetics of large joints of the lower extremities.

Materials and methods. A study was conducted of 80 patients divided into two groups of 40 people (20 patients after endoprosthetics of knee and hip joints in each). The control group received standard physiotherapy and a rehabilitation complex. The main group additionally underwent training on the HP cosmos system and virtual training with biofeedback from the 7th day after the operation. The results were assessed using the analysis of gait biomechanics, stabilometry, modified Harris scale, Lequesne algofunctional index and WOMAC scale.

Results. The use of an integrated approach using modern technologies showed higher efficiency compared to standard rehabilitation methods. Patients of the main group showed faster recovery of motor activity and improvement of functional indicators.

Discussion. The obtained results demonstrate that the inclusion of modern rehabilitation technologies in the standard protocol of rehabilitation treatment contributes to more effective rehabilitation of patients after endoprosthetics. The HP cosmos system and virtual training with biofeedback allow achieving better functional results in the early postoperative period.

Conclusion. The study confirms the feasibility and efficiency of an integrated approach to rehabilitation using modern technologies in patients after endoprosthetics of large joints of the lower extremities. This approach contributes to faster and better recovery of patients in the early postoperative period.
