Annotation:

Introduction. Currently, it is particularly important to spread knowledge about effective technologies in the field of comprehensive rehabilitation and habilitation of disabled people and children with disabilities, their components, conditions and criteria for successful implementation for various categories of disabled people. This is particularly important for specialists who are directly involved in the organization and implementation of complex rehabilitation measures and are called upon to implement the most successful and effective rehabilitation technologies. The field of such technologies, recognized and proven abroad as effective and efficient, includes the technology of assisted living. At present, knowledge about this technology, its advantages, conditions of implementation, and relevance for certain categories of disabled people is clearly insufficient for those specialists whose powers and competence include its organization and implementation. Accordingly, it is particularly important to solve the problem of providing relevant specialists with specific knowledge and skills that determine the effectiveness of implementing this technology in the Russian Federation. The solution of this problem is possible by organizing appropriate training-advanced training within the existing specialty on the basis of specially developed programs.

Aim. Development of an exemplary program of additional professional education “Organizational, legal and methodological issues of assisted living for the disabled”.

Materials and methods. The object of study are the terms of qualification in the sphere of additional professional education of specialists of organizations working in the field of complex rehabilitation and habilitation of disabled children and children with disabilities; the subject of study is the program of training specialists of the organizations working in the field of complex rehabilitation and habilitation of persons with disabilities and disabled children “Organizational, legal and methodological issues of assisted living for the disabled”.
Research methods: analysis and generalization of the most successful practices in the field of activity of specialists of organizations that carry out activities in the field of comprehensive rehabilitation and habilitation of disabled people and disabled children in the direction of assisted living of disabled people.

Results. Variants of an approximate program of advanced training of specialists of organizations engaged in the field of comprehensive rehabilitation and habilitation of disabled people and children with disabilities in the areas and technologies of rehabilitation for the course “Organizational, legal and methodological issues of assisted living for the disabled” for 16, 36, 72 and 144 academic hours have been developed.

Conclusion. The developed sample program of additional professional education would be the basis for the development of work programs for professional development of specialists of organizations that carry out activities in the field of comprehensive rehabilitation and habilitation of disabled people and children with disabilities in the regions of the Russian Federation.
